Usage Rate: $4.95/1000 gal used between 3001/12000 gallons
$6.10/1000 gal used over 12000 gallons
Water meters read and bills sent out around 1st of the month
Payments due by 15th of the month. Autopayments deducted on 15th or every month
$10 late fee if not paid by 15th, $25 late fee if not paid by 25th
