Minimum Rate: $75 water minimum includes the first 4000 gallons used
Usage Rate: $4.50/1000 gallons after 4000 gallons
Association Fee: $40/month
Late Fee: $10 if not paid by 20th of month
New Water Rates Effective 9/1/26:
Minimum Rate: $75 water minimum includes the first 3000 gallons used
Usage Rate: $4.50/1000 gal used between 3001/10,000 gallons
$5.50/1000 gal used over 10,000 gallons
Association Fee: $40/month
Late Fee: $10 if not paid by 20th of month
Read water meters around 1st of each month. Payments due by 20th of each month.
