Minimum Rate: $85.00 (effective 1/1/26)
Usage Rate: $5.00/1000 gal from 0 to 10,000 gallons
$5.25/1000 gal from 10,001 to 20,000 gall
$5.50/1000 gal over 20,001 gallons
Water meters read and bills sent out around 1st of the month
Payments due by 15th of the month. Autopayments deducted on 15th or every month
$10 late fee if not paid by 20th, $30 late fee each month if two months or more late
