Current Water Rates:
Minimum Rate: $60.00 (includes first 3000 gallons used)
Usage Rate: $5.00/1000 gallon after 3000 gallons
Late Fee: $10.00 if not paid by 15th
$30 if not paid by last day of the month
Water meters read and bills sent out around 1st of the month
Payments due by 15th of the month.

AUTO-PAY NOW AVAILABLE
You will still receive your water bill each month, but you do not have to send payment. Your payment will be automatically deducted from your bank account on or around the 15th of every month. Note that with sign-up, you will receive a $1 convenience fee on your water bills.
