HOA Fee: $8.33/month + $4.17/month per vacant lot owned 

Road Fee: $27.00/month

Water Fee:  $95.00/month

Read water meters around 15th of each month.

Payments due by 15th of each month.

Late Fee:    $20 late fee if not paid by 15th,  

$30 late fee each month if two months or more late  

Accounts three (3) months past due are subject to service disconnection. 

A $300 disconnect/reconnect fee will apply prior to restoration of service.
